Super plush and comfortable. Firm but not too firm. I really like the fact that it has zippered covers that can be washed. I have looked at other versions some slightly cheaper but I specifically wanted a larger size one so pay attention to the measurements. This is a big boy and it’s worth the extra price. The whole family loves it. I added some of my own throw pillows. Got the area rug and side couch to the left from Wayfair. Everything came together beautifully. We added this power theater recliner to our living room and it’s been a great addition.
