This ceiling fan is perfect for us. The room has sloped ceilings. I have been looking for a ceiling fan that would fit this space for years. It was easy to add this fan to a location where a porch light was no longer needed. I purchased a 3 way switch and connected inside so that we can change the speed with a wall switch. My husband loves this fan in his mancave of a garage. It has 3 speeds, and on 1, it is powerful. He installed it from a garage rafter, and it can tilt up , down, and side to side.
