It arrived in 2 weeks after purchase. Well packed and efficiently delivered. No damages. I took off a star because of a few issues 1) the assembly instructions are inconsistent. The corner where the sideboards and the headboard connect have two bolts. The instructions implye that they should be at the same level, such that the corner adapter can slide in hand fasten them together .However they were not. 2) one of the groves on the metal frame could not geip the screw provided. This bed is truly beautiful - solid as a rock and the wood is great quality. My husband and I assembled it ourselves, with minimal fuss. My only wish is that the color of the leather on the headboard looks like it does in the picture - an off-white (almost white) matte. My daughter loves her new big girl bed. It’s great for us to bc I can crawl into bed with her and still have room when she wakes in the middle of the night.
