I bought this for one of my Airbnb’s. Installation took about an hour with 2 people and was easier than I anticipated. This couch is very comfortable and attractive. It was also fairly easy to convert into the bed option. AND the bed is surprisingly comfortable. Not always the case with a convertible beds. Im still letting the pillows breath, is big but im not a big fan of the pillows for the back, for my taste they are to low. Big fan. The left and right side arrived a few days before the middle piece but all very fast. About a week in and the fluffiness is holding up well. Great for the price, better than I expected Notes the back is slanted as seen in the photos. It makes the couch not as deep, but gives decent back support. When you remove the back cushions to sleep on it, its very wide. The couch in general and ottomans arent very heavy, so the ottomans tend to slide easily when moving around. This is an elegant, firm sofa that was easy to assemble solo, and this is not something I usually do. I did have a friend help me flip it up onto its legs after assembly. The box arrived really beat up, and I had misgivings as I was unwrapping, but the contents were protected. I have now had this sofa for over a year; I slept on it for three months while fostered cats and kittens took over my bedroom. It would work to use it as a daily bed, but it is VERY firm. The blue velvet fabric has held up nicely despite 2 cats (who fortunately, do not scratch it). I have received many compliments on it; it is the focal point of the sitting area. As several other reviews have mentioned, the assembly while straightforward is a little tricky. The couch arrives in three different boxes. One box has the bench seat which contains the legs and cushions inside the bottom of it. You will need two people minimum to assemble this couch. Once you lineup, the pieces like the arm and the seat you will have to push down, but you won’t see it going in so you have to line it up really well before you start pushing it in. it’s easy to get one side in and then not get the other side in. for the first arm attachment, we stood the seat up on its end, making it easier. with two people it took about 30 minutes to unpack it and assemble it. The legs look OK but they’re just inexpensive plastic so they’re not that beautiful. You might want to replace them with custom legs. Luckily there are lots of places that sell really cool furniture legs if you want something nicer. I think the couch is very comfortable. It has a generous size seat. It is a firmer couch, but the wide arms are really comfy to lean on and it’s comfortable when you stretch out on it. It looks really great. The fabric is nice and the pillows are very high-quality. I'm really happy with this storage ottoman! It was actually much larger than I expected, so it didn't fit in the original spot I had planned for it. That ended up being a blessing because it looks perfect in our living room and doubles as extra seating when we have guests over. The green color is absolutely beautiful and matches our furniture perfectly. The storage compartment is roomy enough to hold one large throw blanket or about two to three smaller blankets, which is great for keeping the living room tidy. The only thing I wish it had is hinges on the lid. Since the top is completely removable, it doesn't always sit perfectly flush when you put it back on, so you have to adjust it a little. One unexpected bonus is that my dogs are obsessed with it! The fabric is incredibly soft, and it's large enough for them to stretch out and lay on comfortably.
