Pros: it is made of cast iron, heavy, which is nice. It was not hard to put together and hook up. It look nice decoratively Cons: when we hooked it up there was a very small leak on the top of the iron spout. Luckily we bought 2 and used the spout out of the other one, will need to return 1 or buy another spout. The holes on the top cap piece, if you lined them up and used the screws it left a small gap, without the screws it laid flat but is loose without the screws. This balloon spinner is a beautiful addition to my outdoor décor, but there are a few drawbacks worth mentioning. The colors are vibrant during the day, but I’ve noticed that the orange spinner consistently illuminates darker than the purple and green ones (I own five total). I believe this is due to the deeper orange and purple tones. It's important to be aware of this if you order more than one color. One important detail Wayfair should mention is that this is an adjustable wind spinner. The pole comes in three screw‑together sections, allowing you to choose the full height or a shorter setup using only two sections. I wish I had known this earlier — I initially avoided these and bought the hanging balloon spinners instead because I thought the wind spinners came in only one height. I purchased two of these, and unfortunately, the batteries in both did not work. Be prepared to buy rechargeable replacements right away. I learned this the hard way after charging the original battery for eight hours and getting zero illumination that night. Lastly, this orange spinner is actually a replacement for the first one I received, which arrived with several cosmetic issues such as chipped and missing paint. It looked like an open‑box return, even though I paid full price. Wayfair really needs stronger quality control. When my husband and I found this elephant sprinkler we were excited. Read the reviews and takeaways to get it running correctly. I love elephants and this little guy was going to have a home in our yard. Once it arrived we had already created a new sidewalk from our driveway connecting to the main one from the road which in turn created an empty space that needed attention. I have always wanted a fountain for the birds and wildlife around us. It was the perfect opportunity. Research. research, research, finally came up with this idea. Purchased a 30gal pond, fountain pump for 6-8’, also a female to female adapter for the hose source on the back of the elephant. I used 12”. Used flag stone to edge the pond. In order to Set the elephant above the waterline I used a block that is used to set decking posts with another half cinder block on top and dressed the top of the cinder block with a piece of flagstone on top. A bit of landscaping and this is our creation. Oh one other piece of info you have to unscrew the sprinkler adapter from the trunk of the elephant to get the stream of water from the trunk.. India. I am so happy with this spinner. I painted mine turquoise if you are wondering, the don’t sell it like this. It’s just awesome! First it’s quite easy to assemble. The bearings on this are extremely well made! One spinner goes one direction the other another direction. It’s quite amazing. The top is meant to spin freely when the wind blows it will turn with the wind. So you will always have movement! Yet, the bottom pole is staked in the ground. Quite genius if you ask me! The pole is thick. Strong steel. It’s only two pieces and then the top part that spins and then the spinner. So you do not have these multiple poles bending and twisting. Only the two pieces. And it’s so strong. Not cheaply made! The spinners are beautiful, they were shipped very nicely in the box, separated from each other so they wouldn’t be bent or damaged. I appreciate things like that from a company. This spinner gets so many compliments from my neighbors since it’s in the front yard. I enjoy it. You should get one if you are thinking about it.
