This was definitely not easy to put together, and I’m a bit handy. Once put together, I remembered how much I liked its look. These chairs are just what I was looking for! They are good looking, solid and well made. They are quite comfortable and the pillows have a nice firmness. They do come with adjusters on the bottom of the legs. Putting them together was simple, but have to admit having a 2nd person help hold in place, while adding screws made the job go faster. Also to make it easier on yourself, follow instructions on putting the pillow covers on when taking the pillows out of the vacuum sealed packets. The pillows do expand to completely fill the covers.. Set was good for my space and affordable. Assembly was time consuming for my husband and me. Some bent metal on the sofa made connecting the piece difficult. We had to get our own longer bolt and it seems to hold up. The cushions cover the imperfections. Used Allen key provided when assembling chairs but found using a screw driver with Allen attachment and the am electric drill with attachment to work faster and better. Love the storage chest.
