This goes in a closet when i am not using it, so the wheels are great. We moved into a home where the Builder didnt pay much attention to detail. We got these because we have limited cabinet space but the Builder also installed deep cabinets which are very difficult to get to the items way back in the cabinet. This fixes all of that. Shipping was very quick and to my front door without issue. For a heavy package (drawer dresser)I was afraid some of the contents would be broken, but everything survived perfectly. I found the directions very very easy to follow with pictures and step-by-step directions. Each item piece was tagged with a letter of the alphabet, which the directions referred to.
