First , I want to clarify that this product does not come with a kit. If you're expecting installation accessories, be sure to purchase them separately. I overlooked this detail when ordering, so I want to highlight it for anyone considering this shade sail. That being said, the tarp itself is excellent. It is true to size, made from heavy-duty, durable material that feels built to last. The waterproof polyester with PU coating does a great job of blocking both water and UV rays. I live in Sunny South Florida, where the sun can be intense, and the dark color helps significantly in reducing heat and glare, making my outdoor space much more comfortable. I did notice that the actual color differs slightly from the product images. Overall, if you're looking for a sturdy and reliable outdoor tarp, this one delivers. Such a nice shade!! This puts our old shade to shame. I am very happy with the upgrade. I was leery about the winch situation but when I figured out how I wanted to mount it, it turned out working perfect. The instructions give you three different ways to mount the winches and all the hardware is included. I was able to use the house hooks from old shade and just added the winches to the opposite side. this is a replacement for an older shade. Found the eyelets to be superior in this Royal unit but have not had time to install but from inspection the stitching is the key. I recieved the sun shade and it is made very well. The rings to tie it up are so well attached. I unfolded it and it is so much larger than I anticipated. I cant decide where to hang it, with the amount of trees in my yard I have so many areas to select from. This shade is this k and weather resistant. I love the color. This is a great tarp. The tarp material is water proof and feels heavy duty made a heavy vinyl like material. It’s not made of plastic like usual tarps. The color is nice. Fun retro style light. I’m excited to get this hung up, unfortunately there was a small piece missing that I’ll have to replace first. Otherwise everything was included and packaged extremely well. The bottom is laser cut plexiglass and the top dome a white glass. Overall very fun and different. Update - I received the missing piece and was able to assemble the light. It was a bit difficult to get the wiring done. I had to cut the wires, attach the mount and rewire the sockets. While it took some time the light is absolutely beautiful.. Jennifer. Fair Oaks, CA.
