I love this 3x9 runner rug. My one complaint is that the rug is more of a rustburnt orange and looks nothing like the advertised photo. It looks like the color submitted in my review. The rug itself is beautifully made and really holds up with a messy cook who tends to drop a lot big, drippy things — it scrubs up nicely and handles a lot of foot traffic very well too.. Juli. Combining unique colorations with a truly unique construction, these pieces are a must-have in any home looking for style, design, and a classic piece of floor art.

I was a little worried that this rug would be neon orange, too bright, but it is a lighter color so more subtle than a strong vibrant orange--sherbet is an accurate description. It is a lovely wool rug and I'm very happy with it, although I'm not sure how it will wear since I've never had a shag rug. It is definitely not a rug you can wear shoes walking on if you want to keep the pile from flattening out. But it is an unusual statement piece and for the sale price and quality I'm very pleased.. Michelle. Blacksburg, VA. Mon May 18 2026
