Easy assembly however it does take about 6 hours to but together. There were a few undrilled boards. Also the cover doesn't stay on with windy days with it being Velcro. This is exactly what I was looking for as a temporary coop for our ducks. It went together quickly and is extremely sturdy. The only improvement I would make is for the cover to be waterproof.
