This 4 storey wooden dolls house is a beautiful addition to our dolls house range. 6 opening and closing shuttered windows and an opening and closing front door, alongside 8 additional windows plus 4 extra on the back panel, creating a feeling of light and space inside the house. ⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Poor Quality, Unsafe, and Not as Advertised I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this playground. For the price, I expected something sturdy, durable, and safe for my children. Unfortunately, this product has been nothing but a disappointment. Upon assembly, we discovered numerous issues. Several pieces of wood were split, the paint was missing in multiple areas, and some boards weren’t even properly pre-drilled, requiring us to purchase additional screws. The flooring pieces were cut incorrectly, leaving noticeable gaps throughout the structure. My biggest concern is the safety of this playground. The wood is so thin and flimsy that it visibly flexes when my 3-year-old walks across it. The entire structure creaks and feels unstable, which is completely unacceptable for something designed for children. We actually have this playground assembled INSIDE our home, protected from the elements, and I cannot imagine how it would withstand outdoor weather conditions as advertised. The materials simply do not appear durable enough for outdoor use. To make matters worse, dealing with Wayfair customer service has been incredibly frustrating. After submitting numerous photos documenting the defects and safety concerns, I was initially told that a full refund would be pursued and that we could donate or dispose of the playground rather than return it. That information was later contradicted, making an already frustrating situation even worse. I would absolutely not recommend this playground. The quality is nowhere near what is advertised, the construction feels cheap, and the safety concerns are significant. Parents should not have to worry about wood bending beneath their toddler’s feet on a playground specifically marketed for children. Save your money and purchase something better constructed.
