If this couch came with white glove delivery, velcro across the bottom of the slip cover, and better instructions, it would have 5 stars. Let’s start with the positive feedback. It’s beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Now onto the not so positive feedback. First, it is packaged so well that it became a nightmare to unwrap. It took me two hours to properly get every item out of the box. Second, the slip cover was so wrinkled that I had to iron the entire thing or the couch would have looked a mess. Third, the slip cover needs Velcro for the bottom because it does not lay properly so I’m going to have to add Velcro so that it can lay properly underneath. But for those things, this couch would get five stars. The color is superb, and it is plush and deep. Please offer white glove delivery!. Andi. South Bend, IN. Tue Aug 11 2026

I comes in dozens of slipcover options to select from, whether you're looking for classic, neutral linen or bright, luxe velvet.

I've never ordered anything like this before, sight unseen, so fingers were crossed. It's super comfortable, the blue duck is a bit less intense than the photos (kind of washed out looking) and oh my gosh is it big- yes, I knew the measurements, but it's still massive looking. But delivery was great, the guys were quick, communicated well and set it up where I asked them to. So, would I have bought it had I seen it in a store, probably not, as it's just not what I wanted, but we'll make it work.. Suzanne. Bristol Ri. Thu Jan 22 2026

The cushioned seat can fit 2 medium-sized guests or provide a cosy spot for you and your pets to sit together.

I was looking for a piece big enough to seat 2 that would also become a sleeping sofa for an extra guest/child/children to stay over. This comfortably seats or sleeps 2 and I love the way it looks. Since I bought a white one, I ordered a comfy queen size blanket to protect it. I would give it 5 stars except the back has black material instead of matching the rest. I don't know why they did that and to me, it's not a good choice. I covered it with the blanket so it's hidden.. Suzan. Norcross, GA. Sat Sep 05 2026

So cute! Love this but assembly was a bit much (but we aren’t too handy). I will say part of the legs were unfinished and a bit rough, we stained the legs darker to match our chairs so the stain was a bit uneven. I’m. Nancy. TN. Sun Sep 13 2026

The color is slightly lighter than the photos but this sofa is gorgeous! It looks so elegant and chic. It looks very cushy. However, it’s on the firmer side. Still a comfy sofa but if you’re looking to sink into your sofa it’s not this one.. Michelle. US. Thu Oct 08 2026

Super cute and comfy. The box is long enough where two people can carry it easily. I am 5ft and 100lb and I was nervous to carry this 60lb box up 3 flights of stairs. It’s definitely doable with 2 people. I take a star off because it isn’t as soft as I thought it’d be, the material is more terry than a suede but still very soft. The color is also more dusty blue but still lovely.. Nicole. Henderson, NV. Sun Oct 18 2026

Absolutely in love with this couch. Immediately out of the box it was already pretty comfortable! Has a slight smell out of the package but it smells like new car to me. Assembly was easy - you screw on the legs and then snap in the backing like Legos. It took me about 1.5 hours to do solo. Delivery was as expected - we received 3 ~75lb packages, 3 ~50lb packages, and 2 ~10lb packages. The packages are pretty large so I would definitely recommend 2 people for getting them inside.. It’s good for the price.. the sofa is for our back apt, which is why we went for a cloud dupe but if it was our main sofa, i wouldn’t purchase. It’s not as comfortable but it’s comfy enough. However, I’m happy with my purchase. The color is good and the sofas were easy to assemble. Also, you can use the brackets to attach both pieces together.. Mariana. Houston, TX. Sun Sep 20 2026

Beautiful shape, love the color and the quality of the material. Hidden Velcro keeps the cover in place. The only thing I took a star off for is the way the left and right sides are held together. There are two metal “clasps” that fit loosely together and one small plate that holds it together on the back. I’d have hoped to have something more substantial that’s holding the entire couch together. That being said it’s a beautiful, firm but comfortable little sofa.. Jenene. Rochester, NY.
