We’ve actually purchased this bed frame twice this year! We first bought the queen size for ourselves and were very happy with it. A couple of months later, we decided to upgrade to a king-size bed, so we gave the queen frame to our son and purchased the exact same bed frame again in king size. We love the quality. It’s made from solid wood, feels sturdy and well-made. It works with our new 16-inch-high mattress and adjustable base, although the headboard does look a little short with such a tall mattress and base. I absolutely love this bedroom set. It is solid real wood and very striking. It was easy to put together with 2 people, and the bedside tables came assembled. My only complaint was that packing on one of the side tables allowed the peg of the legs to punch through the bottom of the drawer, but the company offered to reship (and we had to ship other one back at their cost), or refund. We chose the refund as the holes were coverable and minimal. We were afraid if we chose exchange, it come even more damaged, as others’s reviews had mentioned.
