instuctions are horrible. no parts are labeled (part A , part B etc) all screws etc just jumbled up in a bag. it took an hour to sort thru the parts and label with sticky notes by process of elimination. then an attempt to assemble...instructions have no words, only a small grainy photo of each step...could not even do step 1. called customer support who set up a 'professional' install for $89. no appt yet. unfortunate because table itself looks good quality but instructions are the pits. would not recommend.. The bench is beautiful. I love Wayfair. Its the instructions that suck. Though the right side drawer if off a bit, but I will handle that. Seriously!! I have built so many things from Wayfair. When I started ordering furniture 2 years ago the instructions and how the screws and bolts were identified was awesome. Now they are all thrown in a bag together. Not marked, The instructions don't help identify them. Half the stuff that you MUST use is not in the instructions, you have to guess where to use it and how. Its ridiculous. In most respects, the bench is just what I needed. The one negative issue is that the whole assembly flexes from side-to-side. I fixed this by bolting a cross member between the ends to keep them evenly spaced top-to-bottom. Then I added a stiff diagonal brace to prevent racking. Disappointed in the lack of integrity in building this workbench. It’s for carpenters and cuts were rough and door has a bit of a warp. Poor example of good workmanship. Instructions are challenging with a ‘miss’ in attaching the top piece. If you didn’t have a socket wrench set, you wouldn’t be able to attach it.
