So far, so good—and it looks great in our space. It’s in a basement bathroom that functions as our guest bathroom. It doesn’t get the wear and tear, daily use our other bathrooms get, so I was willing to take a chance on something that wasn’t solid wood. It’s heavy and the counter top is nice. The drawers aren’t truly soft close, but that’s fine. The amount of storage is just right for our purposes—allowing us to store towels on the bottom shelf is key. We love it. This vanity exceeded expectations -- on every level. BIG tip: Make sure that you pay the extra $42 (or whatever it is) to have the unit delivered to the bathroom (where it will eventualy be installed). BIG tip #2: If you're living in a building that wasn't built in the past 4-5 years or recently, there's a good chance that your original plumbing will be too low for this unit. Today's modernized vanities are higher. The quartz top will be typically 34-36 inches high (careful about buying a marble top, they can stain -- think about hair products). Due to the height of the vanity's top, my plumbers needed to open drywall and move-up the plumbing -- luckily it worked out just fine. Oh..... My moving team was extremely professional/good for an item so big, bulky, and extraordinarily heavy. Once positioned in the right spot and installed, I was impressed with the overall look and quality. This certainly ain't 1980's pressed wood variety!!! Actual wood. Impressive vanity!!! So classy!!! My one complaint though was that it arrived without the countertop. Of course this was my fault for not reading into the description further. I assumed it was included because of how it was pictures and every other seller had included the top in the snow white finish. Lesson learned.
