This item arrived on time. The issue is the packaging; it is a box with the product inside a larger box that has nothing in it to keep it from Sliding around with possible damage. I love this mirror! I gave it 4 stars because it is quite beautiful. Beware that the frame is very delicate and the piece is quite heavy (~ 34lbs). The first one I received had a severely damaged frame (crumbled edges and several cracks). I tried again, and this one does have a few minor cracks in the frame, but I was able to hang it.
