One important thing to note is that the handheld wand is activated by a manual lever behind the shower head. This shower head was not very difficult to install but I can’t get the part where it connects to the hose to stop leaking (pictured) when using the hose. I can adjust the hand held part so I can not only sit but can stand comfortably while bathing. What a pleasure not having to worry about having to reach up to grab the hand held of my older shower. I havent used the rainfall part yet but will soon. I also want to say that I dont experience the dripping because when I turn it off its off. Temperature is easy to set. We had this shower head for 15 years and was satisfied with it performance. So we decided to order a second one and installed it and I’m very pleased with the way it works.
