This is really much more sturdy than I expected. Like, the thought crossed my mind to use it as a stool, but then that didn't seem useful. FYI there are 9 height options (per the peg placements available) per side, but each side only has 5 little shelves. I guess if you wanted to get creative and it suited your purposes, you could put 9 shelves on one side and have 11 mostly very short shelves on one side and then only 1 shelf on the other side with very wide (relatively) vertical spacing. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my wife to organize wrapping paper and it's great! It was very easy to build. You can easily see and access all the roles. It has caster wheels at the bottom that allow you to move it easily. I think you could probably replace the wheels pretty easily with soft rubber caster wheels if you wanted to preserve your floor.
