It was a great buy, especially for the price compared to other options. It was easy to put together and there are English instructions! The instructions to attach the armrests and the footrest were missing but it was easy to figure out by looking at the illustrations. I received this chair a few days ago and I finally had a full day of using it so I can write an accurate review. I work two remote jobs and I am a full time graduate student, so I spend 12-16 hours per day at my desk. A comfortable chair is an absolute must. My last chair also came from Wayfair and was fantastic, but it was fine for an upgrade. This chair is phenomenal! The green color is so beautiful and fits my office aesthetic perfectly. It's so comfortable and well-built. I could take or leave the massage feature. It's a heavy buzz, at best. The heat is great! Doesn't get super warm, but definitely enough to know it's on. Assembly was mostly straightforward, and I was able to put it together by myself in about an hour. The only challenge I ran into was with the armrests—the included hex wrench made it a bit difficult to reach tighter spaces. A longer, screwdriver-style hex tool would make that part much easier. I chose not to install the footrest since I already use a separate one, but everything else came together smoothly. All of the features work perfectly, including the height adjustment and reclining lock mechanism, which is a great touch for comfort during long work sessions.
