It was a great buy, especially for the price compared to other options. It was easy to put together and there are English instructions! The instructions to attach the armrests and the footrest were missing but it was easy to figure out by looking at the illustrations. The chair is still okay, although the person that’s using this chair is my husband that weights approximately 200lbs, the chair is starting to squeak when being sat on and swerving. Noticed we changed the chair wheels too since the original one broke and it really ultimately damaged the carpet where the chair normally is being used. Overall purchase is still good. I purchased this executive ergonomic chair from Wayfair after reading reviews that highlighted its comfort and size, and I’m glad I did. I had been searching for a high-quality office chair that could handle long work-from-home days—up to 10 hours at a time—and this one really delivers. The chair is very spacious, supportive, and comfortable, exactly as described by other buyers. It feels sturdy and well-built, like it will hold up well over time. Assembly was mostly straightforward, and I was able to put it together by myself in about an hour. The only challenge I ran into was with the armrests—the included hex wrench made it a bit difficult to reach tighter spaces. A longer, screwdriver-style hex tool would make that part much easier. I chose not to install the footrest since I already use a separate one, but everything else came together smoothly. All of the features work perfectly, including the height adjustment and reclining lock mechanism, which is a great touch for comfort during long work sessions. Very nice office chair, something you will have for decades with the high quality leather! I would probably have opted out of the massage feature if it was cheaper without, as its just vibrations and not rollers, plus requires you to be tethered to a wall socket or extension cord, however, the overall quality of the chair and materials are excellent!.
