File cabinet is a nice piece of furniture but it was a beast to assemble. It took me six hours to assemble it; two of the six hours could have been avoided if I have secured the cabinet to the wall. After assembling the cabinet and placing the folders it was really wobbly, so I decided to secure the cabinet to the wall. The first desk took us about 5 hours, and even knowing exactly what we were doing, the second still took about 4 hours. I would absolutely recommend having two people, plenty of space, and a whole lot of patience. That being said, the instruction manual was surprisingly clear and helpful. There are simply a LOT of pieces and steps involved. Once assembled, though Worth it. They look like much more expensive pieces of furniture and completely transformed our homeschool room.
