I am using this on an LVP floor. The problem has always been that mats don't stick to this flooring. This mat moves a little, but is much better than anything else I have tried. This mat is fine, but it’s not exactly what I was looking for. It has the extra width which is a priority for me, but I don’t really care for the textured top. That’s on me though as it wasn’t something I could be sure of from the online photos. I also needed it to be thicker like other mats I’ve had, but it falls just a tad short there. On the plus side it has a good solid heft to it and it lays flat. Will probably want to anchor it to the floor with those double-sided sticky corner adhesives because I have to have it aligned with the tile at all times (it’s a Virgo thing) and any mat you buy is going to shift a little. I am very satisfied with this purchase! The photo makes it looked scuffed on the edge but it is not damaged at all-just poor photography on my part. The mat came securely packaged and fully intact. I was supposed to used a hair dryer to warm it to make it more malleable, but I’m one of those who finds the instructions post-assembly… at any rate, the material is just as advertised and very sturdy.
