The instructions to attach the armrests and the footrest were missing but it was easy to figure out by looking at the illustrations. I'm a 6'1" 240lb man (athletic), and it isn't remotely "too small" as some have said, so adjust your expectations for your body type. The cushion is firm, but comfortable in my opinion.
