Strap in for a comfortable chair constructed in thick contoured faux leather. Built-in lumbar support ensures relaxing while seated. Beautiful chrome accents set the presentation for this faux leather guest chair.

great chair! easy to put together. pretty comfortable. it’s definitely got a nice amount of padding for the tush, and i like the angle of the back - supportive for healthy sitting posture. you could easily leave the arms off this chair for a different look, or if perhaps it won’t slide all the way under your desk (like mine!). this chair is a nice alternative to the typical office chair with wheels vibe. i am pleased!. The Steelcase series 2 chair has technology featuring an innovative geometric design that flexes in two dimensions, supporting each part of your spine for responsive, personalized comfort and fit. The tilt mechanism is synchronized; the seat and back work in harmony with each other, keeping the body securely supported in the chair and feet firmly planted on the floor so you can recline without leaving your optimal zone for seeing and reaching your work. This model includes an adjustable seat depth, fully adjustable arms (raise up and down, pivot in and out, shift forward and back, and side to side), pneumatic seat height adjustment, recline tension adjustment, flexing plastic mesh back, and upholstered seat. The seat features strong yet pliable foam which conforms to the body and creates pressure-free comfort. The flexible seat edge offers a bit of bend, right where you need it – relieving pressure points under your thighs. This chair will arrive unassembled and require some assembly covered by the Steelcase warranty.

Chair is very high quality, it has a very solid feel and is really well made. Assembly took less than a minute and required no tools. Lots of seat adjustments and overall a great purchase. The only thing I'm not exactly crazy about is that the seat cushion is pretty hard and can get uncomfortable after a while. Overall I don't regret the purchase. Great chair.. Matt. Aurora, IL. Strap in for a comfortable chair constructed in thick contoured leather. Adjustable tilt tension and locking tilt control put you in charge of this chair's functionalities. Built-in lumbar support and one-touch pneumatic height adjustment assure relaxing support during heavy work sessions. Beautiful chrome accents set the presentation for this high-back faux leather manager's chair.

Submitting this review 15 months after delivery. This chair is a good value for the price. After 15 months of near daily use, the chair has held up in "new" condition without any issues. I don't recall if the description indicates the chair reclines or rocks back. There is "give" to the back but you would have to have a lot of weight and force to keep it in the "reclined" position which is only a few inches. This is not a problem for me as I don't need this functionality. The item was easy to assemble, I did it myself in no time at all. Make note, there are four small, plastic pieces to insert on each side of the chair that can be easily lost in the packaging. Also, they are plastic (cheap). Install them carefully because if you crack them, I'm sure there is no replacement part available. They require a little "force" to insert.. They are shown in photos so you know what pieces to look out for when you unbox.. Jennifer. Westport, CT. Mon Apr 18 2022

Chair is well made, easy to assemble and firm enough to stay comfortable. One suggestion, when assembling the base do not tighten until back bolts are started, easier to align, once the bolts for the back are started then tighten all the bolts.. Richard. Seminole, FL. Tue Mar 29 2022
