well the first thing that comes to mind is the speed of shipping that came very fast. the chair itself is awesome. I just could not find a comfortable counter height chair for my counter height kitchen table so I was thinking out of the box. I assembled it in probably a half hour to 40 minutes without any problems. I especially like the longer handle allen wrench with the bar at the end of it that made screwing in the screws a lot easier than a little finger allen wrench that you usually get with stuff. all the parts were there all the screws lined up without difficulty. chair is basic with nice coloring and ample padding on chair seat and arms. I am able to reach around while sitting to adjust the lumbar support. this chair has a rocking mechanism which I was not aware of but I havent dialed that in just yet but there is a knob to adjust the rocking mechanism. the height adjustment is pretty straightforward you have to not be sitting on the seat to raise it up. the seat is wide enough so I can sit with one leg under in a cross leg position and that was a big plus for me. the armrests lift up fully out of the way. I have lvp vinyl in the kitchen so these caster wheels slide across very easily. the foot rest is also what I had to consider and this one is perfect. all in all this is a perfect chair for my counter height kitchen table and it supports my wide load without difficulty.. My recent new position requires me to work from home, so we set up a little 'office' for my needs, which includes a stand/sit, option for the desk. My wife and I reviewed the possible candidates on Wayfair and we narrowed it down to about three. This one ticked the boxes. It arrived very well packaged and protected for transit. It is reasonably straightforward to assemble. Take your time and it goes to together well. The buttons (see photo) on the arms don't really have any function, I think they're supposed to lock the arm in the up or down position but don't. But don't worry, the arms won't drop down unexpectedly, and they swing up and back far enough to let you get out of the chair at the side. The chair adjusts for height (What I needed) how much resistance when you lean back in it, and how far back it leans. The adjustable foot ring at the base is very handy. Comfort? Oh wow! The previous office chair felt like sitting on rocks after 30 minutes. This is sublime. No really. There's a description of its seat internal construction, but quite honestly, I'd believe it if they said it contained only air. I have spent the last week, every day for 7 hours plus in it and I really didn't think I'd been sitting in anything. There's enough support for your thighs (I found using the foot ring takes the weight off your thighs too), back support is great. And the center pneumatic column is infinitely adjustable between its lowest and highest settings; it is worthwhile experimenting with until you get it how you need it. It isn't the cheapest out that, sure. But neither is it the most expensive you can buy, but so far for value for money I'm not sure it can be beaten. I wanted a wide seated chair with a firm cushion as I spend a lot of time in it, I did want some sort of back support as I like to sit up straight. I understand what people are saying when they say there is 'no support'. I have to sit all the way back (I'm 5'4") to receive the back support. I bought a footrest and it seems to be helping with how close I have to sit to the desk to work (also changed out the wheels). This is a spacious chair! If you need the room, this is a great choice. It was pretty simple to assemble the chair. The chair is nice and comfortable for the price. I’ve been really happy with this office chair. I put it in my office and right away I noticed how solid and premium it feels. It has that bigger executive chair look, and the black upholstery gives it a clean, professional appearance that fits really well with the rest of my office. The chair feels very sturdy and well made. The heavy duty metal base gives it a solid foundation, and it definitely does not feel cheap or flimsy. The seat is nice and wide, which gives you plenty of room to sit comfortably, and the high back provides good support when you are sitting for longer periods of time. One of my favorite features is the adjustable lumbar support. I spend a good amount of time sitting at my desk, so being able to adjust the lower back support really helps with comfort. I also like the 3D flip up armrests. They feel comfortable when I want to use them, but I can also move them out of the way when I want to sit closer to the desk or just have a little more space. The height adjustment works well too. The seat can be adjusted from about 20 to 23 inches from the floor, so there is a good amount of range to find a comfortable position depending on your desk setup. The wheels also roll smoothly around my office, and the chair feels stable when turning or moving around. I really like the cushioning and the larger design. It feels like a chair that was made for comfort, not just looks. At the same time, it has a more expensive appearance than a lot of standard office chairs. It really helped make my office feel more complete and gave the space a nicer executive style. Assembly was required took me about 10min, but once everything was put together, the chair felt very solid and secure. The upholstery, padding, base, armrests, and lumbar support all feel like good quality materials. Nothing about it gives me the impression that corners were cut. For the comfort, size, adjustability, and quality, I think this is a really nice office chair. I am 5’7 and only half my foot can touch the ground when at the lowest position. This is ok for me, but for someone smaller and shorter something to consider. I use it for my standing desk so the height works for me. Chair came with scuffs on the hardware and some black smudges on seat. The imperfections are not very noticeable, but annoying when you spend this price on an item you dont expect flaws out the box. Likely someone returned it and they didn’t inspect.
