I wanted a wide seated chair with a firm cushion as I spend a lot of time in it, I did want some sort of back support as I like to sit up straight. I understand what people are saying when they say there is 'no support'. I have to sit all the way back (I'm 5'4") to receive the back support. I bought a footrest and it seems to be helping with how close I have to sit to the desk to work (also changed out the wheels). This is a spacious chair! If you need the room, this is a great choice. Pros: 1) The chair looks exactly like the picture. This is the first time an online purchase I've made looks EXACTLY like the pictures provided. Usually, there are slight differences... the color might look different, etc. 2) The material is very soft and the color is beautiful! 3) It was easy to assemble (with exception to 1 caveat, see below) The cons: 1) Poorly aligned pre-drilled holes, combined with poorly molded hardware (screws) make what is a simple assembly, incredibly frustrating and unnecessarily difficult. 2) Thankfully, the assembly was self explanatory because the instructions provided were useless. 3) The back doesn't adjust the way described. Overall, the chair isn't nearly as comfortable as I'd hoped. However, it's good enough that I will keep it versus having to disassemble and return it. I understand at this price point, you're not getting a high end desk chair. However, I was still disappointed by the quality of materials and quality of the pre-fabrication. I've used the chair for two days now and here are my initial thoughts. * Assembly was simple and took me 45 mins. * Chair looks good and is comfortable for 8 hours. * Seat wobbles a little back and forth when locked in the 90° position. * Arm rests are very low. I'm only 5'5" tall and are two low when folded in the down position. * Construction of seat bottom looks substandard and not very well done. We will see how it stands the test of time.. Jose. FL. Better than expected! Quality hardware and materials. Super comfy. Hopefully the foam padding holds up and doesn’t compress too much over time. Came packaged extremely well with easy to assemble instructions. Included extra screws, an Allen wrench and a white glove (which I didn’t use). Once unpacked and confirmed all parts were enclosed, it took about 30-40 minutes to assemble. Very happy with this purchase. This chair was super easy to assemble and has been a great addition to my home office. The small, pattern mesh seat is one of my favorite features. It’s very breathable, which is great for long days at the desk, and the pattern should help hide any minor staining or everyday wear. The large wheels are another great feature. They make it really easy to roll smoothly across different types of flooring, whether it’s carpet, hardwood, or other surfaces. My only real pitfall is that the chair sits very upright and doesn’t recline back very much. Because of that, the handy-dandy headrest isn’t as useful as I expected since you can’t really lean back enough to comfortably enjoy it.
