I really like this dresser and think it’s a nice piece for the price. I gave it 4 stars because several of the pieces had minor damage when they arrived. Since everything was packaged very well, I assume the damage occurred before it was packed. I’ve included as many photos as I was able to upload of the damaged pieces for reference. Fortunately, once the dresser was assembled, the minor damage was not visible at all. There were quite a few pieces to assemble, so it took a while, but the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Once assembled, it looks beautiful and is exactly what I was hoping for. Its a cheap dresser that would not stand up to hard use. But if you can use your furniture gently and arent looking for an heirloom piece, its fine. The only reason I’m giving this dresser a 4* rating is the customer service !!! I received it and a very big amount of the parts were damaged or broken. No questions asked, they sent me a brand new one! However, it’s a pretty poor quality. The drawers don’t slide in smoothly and get stuck all the time. There is a separate piece that goes in the frame of the face of the drawers and is not properly glued to the frame so it all moves as you open the drawers. I had to glue them all myself so it doesn’t drive me crazy every time I open it. If you are looking for a quality dresser- I would not recommend this one! I absolutely love this dresser! It fits perfectly in my odd shaped spare bedroom! It does have small drawers like others have mentioned, but I knew the dimensions when I purchased. Its a great dresser for a spare room, or maybe a nursery! Im really pleased with the final product! It looks great (drawers are all aligned, and open close nicely)! It feels sturdy and solid. The assembly was time consuming and tedious, but overall pretty straight forward! As you can see in one of the photos, theres a LOT of pieces to put together! It was packaged well everything was labeled nicely. The instructions were easy to follow. I put it together by myself (60 yr old woman) with no problems, though Ive assembled a lot of furniture, which probably helped!
