So far working as it's suppose to. It's light weight not to heavy to lift. It would been much better if the water reservoir held more water. The cold water starts out cold but since the reservoir is small it doesn't hold much water so the cold water runs out and then the room temp water is dispensed so the water ends up being more room temp water than cold.. Water dispenser does NOT cool water. Comes out actually warmer than room temperature. Hot water works. Very disappointed. I am 76+ years old and am in no condition to try to fix this.
