It adds such a luxurious and refined look to our space and instantly elevated the room. It is a dark brown stain, looks black to the eye standing back. I’m docking one star because it arrived with a crack in one of the wooden brackets connecting to the shade. Thankfully, Wayfair customer service made it right and worked with us on a solution so we could repair it ourselves without needing to return the entire fixture.
