We decided we needed a towel warmer after a few trips to Europe and this one hasn’t disappointed. It was easy to install and it has been running strong with no issues. We thought the nicest part of a towel warmer would be warm towels but it actually helps dry your towels super fast so they don’t get any musty smell!. Vicki. NY. Tue Jul 29 2025

Enjoy the luxury of a warm towel after every shower. This hardwired towel warmer mounts on your bathroom wall, providing a spa-like experience in your own home. The sleek design complements any bathroom décor.

We absolutely love our Towel warmer (with the timer). It keeps our towels smelling fresh (no damp towel stink) and so cuddly warm. We often say it was the best thing we purchased in our bath renovation two + years ago.. Carolyn. Lincolnshire, IL. Tue Apr 12 2022

With this towel warmer’s polished finish and crisp, strong lines, the Metropolitan makes an immediate visual impact in any room. With two groups of five heated bars, this towel warmer has more than enough room to accommodate two large towels (or a bathrobe) to warm or dry them in between uses. The Metropolitan is made from durable stainless steel with a highly polished finish that is both attractive and easy to clean. The Metropolitan is also dual connection, meaning it can be used “as is” to plug into a standard 120 VAC outlet or it can be modified by a licensed electrician to have a hardwired 120 VAC electrical connection. When the Metropolitan is installed with a hardwired electrical connection, its unique design means there is no unattractive and cumbersome cover plate required. Additionally, this towel warmer is extremely safe and is cETLus listed. The Metropolitan comes with an LED power switch and TempSmart overheat protection to prevent the unit’s surface temperature from exceeding 176F (80C). Optional towel warmer controls sold separately.

We had a friend tell us to make sure we put a towel warmer in! So glad we did! The square shape matched all our Square accessories! This particular one can be hot wired or plugged in. So mine just plugs into the wall! You do have to turn it on and off. And it usually take a minute to get warm… (it doesn’t have an emergency to hot turn off in it) so we are going to look for some kind of timer maybe to leave it plugged into. But we do enjoy it!. Smaller than I wanted it will not hold the towels side by side. If your plug is behind the rack there is not enough room for the towels to hang and its a fight to get them on the rack. Also the rack does not heat as well the only area that heats is where the towel is laying across the bar not just touching it. Not very happy with this rack as the bars are too close together its made more for hand towels rather than bath towels.. Christine. Laplace, LA. Wed May 06 2026

I have always wanted a towel warmer- I love to take baths at night and the thought of a warm towel sounds so relaxing. This warmer is nice - it has a lot of racks and places to hang a robe but it is just so large and sticks out pretty far on the top. I actually think it’s too big for my smaller sized main bath. Installation seems simple enough- you can plug in or hardwire. I’m still unsure if it has automatic shut off or not.. Jennifer. Gainesville, VA. Sun Jan 29 2023
