I really enjoy the simple look of this bed; however it took me 2 returns to get the appropriate parts. Silly me, the boxes come as King 2, and Queen 1. Nothing on the box says to use "Queen 1" box for the King box 1 and no one in customer service could explain this to me either. The bed looks great now that I finally get it!. Susan. Centerville, MA. Arrived with multiple knicks and a chunk taken out of one of the manufactured wood panels. In the last photo you can see that the color of the legs differs from the color of the headboard - the headboard is a greenish brown! All the photos are what I saw immediately upon opening the box, I didn’t even try unboxing the whole thing because it’s already so damaged. Even if you’re looking for a cheap bed frame, save your money and get a different one. This one’s too thin and flimsy.. Veronica. Sedona. Sun Oct 11 2026

The Palmer collection is a unique assortment of richly-grained teak with a sandblasted finish. Each piece of the collection is carefully designed with updated silhouettes that embody subtle refinement.

This bed is beautiful. I absolutely love it. I must say, though, it is not wood. It is more like a composite (like composite deck material) with the wood grain stamped into it. I was under the impression it was real teak, and that justified the price in my mind. This is why I gave it just 4 stars, rather than 5. So if you're looking for real wood, please keep looking. NOTE: Also, I used the delivery and install service that was an extra $79. Totally worth every penny.. Shirl D. Edgewater, FL. Tue Mar 07 2017

I have purchased from Wayfair for years and have never had a problem until receiving this bed. It shipped in 3 boxes and once we unwrapped everything, we had 2 missing pieces and multiples of pieces we didn’t need. Additionally, the instructions were incorrect and difficult to follow. I would never buy from this manufacturer again.. Paige. Belmont, NC. Sun Aug 16 2026
