Pretty comfy. Easy to put together once I figured out their instructions. Their instructions were terrible and photos didn’t help. But once you figure it out, pretty easy. I purchased 2 for my small living room. They’re lower than a normal chair, but sit pretty comfortably. Not sure how long the cushions will last. The chair itself is great however, after two attempts they shipped the wrong color cushion and wood color twice, and unfortunately it doesn’t match my furniture. The only draw back for me is the fact that it is so deep and I’m very short. My daughter thinks it’s comfortable to snuggle up on.
