Looks great, is sturdy, and holds 3-4 Banker Boxes of files. I wish the Washington Cherry finish was a bit lighter in color - but it is still pretty. Clear instructions. Ordered 2 at once. One arrived from New Jersey (?) in perfect condition, but the second shipped from TX never arrived. Customer service has been perfectly helpful for all FIVE (?) calls. A replacement (from TX) was ordered and arrived not boxed with corner protectors/top and bottom cardboard pieces completely damaged and unusable. A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. Love the two working ones and recommend 100%... again, if not arriving from Texas! I'm sharing damaged photos of last one sent, but not of two we kept, b/c they fit description perfectly.. Christina. It took us 4 and half hours (both seniors) to put it together following the illustrations. It’s worth it as it looks good and matches the contemporary office table I got from Wayfair too. The only thing not good but doable are the 2 sliding sides are very hard to push open. I slide bath soap on the groove and it helped a little but not good enough. I was hoping it would be as good as the rating show. Unfortunately there are many small details that make the nice looking cabinet a functional mess. The studs that hold panels together in the main cabinet are an improvement over past studs. Then they blow it by having you assemble the drawers with the old style studs that thread directly into the wood. The next major issue was the rotating capture/locking disc. They have always been a pain but now they are 50% thinner and bend and break very easily. The old heavier cast pieces were hard to lock but the new ones fail before securing stud. My next issue is parts #8 and #9 do not show orientation (top/bottom). They are not symmetrical. There is about .100" difference when you rotate 180 degrees. This is not mentioned in the instruction booklet. Put it together the wrong way and tolerances accumulate and studs will not line up. The last item I did not like was the very cheap drawer slides! I know this is not a $1000 cabinet, but I have never seen this bad of slides. It is a file cabinet so I am preparing to purchase new drawer slides in the near future. Alignment and ball bearings/carrier were bad. The cabinet looks very nice from an aesthetic point of view but the follow thru on assembly knocks a 5 star review to a 2-3 star at best.
