Love this huge heavy dresser. And white glove delivery was great. Just a few notes, who ever did assemble it was sloppy. Plastic left on hinges inside and just thrown in the back of the dresser all had to be removed and all drawers had to be reset. A little wd40 helped fix. The dresser looks great, I love it to much, but it was pretty time consuming (5 hours) to put together (by myself - 35 female) and I am very experienced putting furniture together. I also had the bottom middle foot part not fitting into the frame so I had to cut a small part off the wood to make it fit. I also had to use power drill and some of the screws went through the wood (but that's on me). It was also difficult to figure out how to align the drawers with the metal parts. This is an incredibly solid dresser. Very heavy, nice quality, well made. Like the color of the wood, nice size, and like that it sits on the floor. Lots of drawers, 9, but each somewhat small. I really like the look of the drawer pulls, but they are not very good quality, thin and cheap. Like the top material, just not a big fan of the color, wish it was more neutral. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The dresser arrived with multiple manufacturer defects, including dents, scratches, and poor craftsmanship that affected its functionality. For the price, I expected much better quality. To make matters worse, the item is now out of stock, so I was unable to receive a replacement. Because this was delivered with white glove service, it also could not be picked up immediately, leaving me stuck with a large, damaged dresser in my home. I was also informed that if the item comes back in stock, I would not be able to receive a replacement at the price I originally paid. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. I recently purchased the Donati 9-Drawer Dresser and wanted to share my experience for anyone considering it. First, be prepared—this is definitely a project if you’re assembling it on your own. I started putting it together around 7 PM, worked until about 2 AM, then picked it back up the next day around 1 PM and finished around 6 PM. It’s time-consuming and can feel a bit challenging at times, but I actually enjoyed the process and found it rewarding to see it come together. There were a few minor issues with some of the wood panels having small chips, but nothing too noticeable once everything was assembled. Overall, the dresser is very sturdy and feels well-made. The finished look is absolutely beautiful and makes the effort worth it. If you’re patient and don’t mind spending the time assembling it, I would definitely recommend it. Exactly what i wanted in a chest drawer slick, sturdy, and not too tall. the medium sized drawer that fits about 12 shirts each is perfect for my needs. The build is very sturdy but is a pain to put together on your own.
