I can only review the ordering and delivering of the wardrobe as the last parcel was delivered today. I will have someone install it. All aspects of ordering and delivery was exactly as described except when it was clearing customs. I received an emailed that it was being delivered that day. Fortunately the lady I spoke to in customer service cleared it up, checking it out for me and said it had just cleared customs, US to Canada and the items would be delivered as described when the order was placed.. Both the directions and holes predrilled were fairly easy to assemble. Due to the size it came in 3 sections but once the first was assembled it went much faster. We are pleased with armoire as far as the way it looks but the lack of the 5th star in the rating was simply due to the material in the outer pieces. I did add a motion sensor light to each side and will probably add a few more under the shelves. I absolutely love this product. The quality is better than I expected for the price! My husband put it together and gave me the following feedback: 1. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. 2. The materials were of good quality and all pieces were present. 3. A power drill isn't required but there are so many screws that it saves your hand from blisters if you use a power drill as your screwdriver. All of the holes are predrilled though. 4. Since the boxes were incredibly heavy and our bedroom is on the smaller side, we opted to take all materials out of the box in the living room to organize first. Then we put a few of the smaller pieces together before carrying them upstairs for assembly in the bedroom. 5. 90% of the assembly is a one person job but it was helpful to have another person present to assist with hanging the doors. 6. One of the knobs on the door came apart from its adhesive but was quickly remedied by using a hot glue gun. I like the product so much that I am thinking of purchasing another one.. Michele. The instructions being in Spanish is the least of anyone’s worries. It’s the fact it was shipped in 5 poorly packaged boxes that were all unlabeled. Not a single board had a number on it to match with the quote “instructions” though about half of them were damaged. It also came with 4 different bags of random nails and screws, also unlabeled. The only saving grace there was they had a chart with pictures of each piece to size. They only shipped the exact amount of each piece needed but a trillion other screws that weren’t necessary. It took me over 8 hours with a friend to piece together what the instructions were attempting to say. Partially due to having to figure which board is which, or realizing the instructions aren’t actually in step by step order and we missed a step or went too far. There are too many guide holes but yet also not enough.. definitely not all centered or well aligned. One of the boards was too short, another too long. My favorite part though the doors were installed per the instruction manual-yet they seem to have a perfect gap between the handles on each side of 1/2” and then the mirror doors are perfectly touching unable to open and close properly. I looked over the instructions a dozen times to figure out where I went wrong but I used every board and all pieces…. This was the biggest waste of money I had ever spent. I tried reaching out to Wayfair and all they could offer was for me to repackage and return it on my own or 20% back. I think it belongs in the trash tbh.. Anonymous. Wed Jun 10 2026
