This set arrived in perfect condition. It was very easy to put together. Once unpacked and instructions looked over, the table took 10 minutes. The chairs took a little longer as you assemble and then tighten the bolts on a hard surface. The chairs do not wobble and feels sturdy. If I could change anything, it would be the height by an inch or two. My old set was bar height, so this will take some time getting use to. Exactly what I needed as far as size, sturdiness, and looks, but I just wiped off the top and a whole section of varnish wiped right off. I'm waiting for the manufacturer to contact me for a resolution and will change this review if they take care of the issue. UPDATE: The manufacturer was not very helpful, but Wayfair stepped in and made it right. I am very grateful and Wayfair's commitment to customers is one reason I will continue to shop with them..
