Item arrived timely, packed well, and without damage. Assembly, however, was another story. The instructions are absolutely horrible and utterly useless. My husband happens to be very good with diy and assembly so he was able to put it together using the photo of what it looks like completed. So I removed a star for the poor instructions. Anyone purchasing should be aware that you’ll need to be confident in your assembly abilities or know someone who is. Other than that, I absolutely love it! It’s just the right size for my space and provides ample storage. The lights are a nice extra! The ten side drawers are narrow but deep, and they glide very smoothly. The center drawer has the glass top, making your items in there visible. I’m not sure yet whether I’ll be using that drawer for jewelry or cosmetics. The only thing it was missing was a power outlet for hair tools, etc. I simply purchased an attractive surge protector that I could leave accessible and while it does take up some of the vanity top space, you could easily get one that attaches to the side of the vanity and it would still be accessible. I wasn’t sure if I’d like the ‘crystal’ knobs and I’m still not sure and I planned to change them originally, but I may stay with them. We’ve had this vanity for a year now and my 8 year old daughter uses it daily. It’s easy to clean (which is great when you have a younger child experimenting with make up) and is sturdy. The light on the mirror has multiple settings which is great when applying make up. I often find myself using this vanity when getting ready as I like the lighting better than my bathroom. The size is perfect for a young girl and teenager. It’s decent for an adult as well, but maybe a little small if you have more skin care and make up that you want to store in the vanity. Obviously made in China, but solid wood of good quality, dovetailed drawers on very good glides. Legs prebuilt on metal plate mounts that bolt to bottom of unit and even have leveling screws in the bottom (although metal that would scratch wood floor if not padded. Shipping box had huge amount of packing, both solid foam and sheets. All wood protected multiple times. Only issue was trying to identify that stool in picture. No "bundle" available. Found a similar Lumi model made from oak. Very close match to the stained ash vanity we ordered. And description doesn't show details of dimensions. Large right drawer is 12"x7.5"x6.2"deep. Originally came with broken pieces in the shipment. The company resent the defective pieces at no charge. The padded seat was worse the second time, but I’ll just reupholster it myself instead of requesting a 3rd one. It would be best if the company would figure out a new way to ship the seat so that it doesn’t get pinchedmishapen. The tiny screws were a bear to screw into the wood. Small, predrilled holes would have been a great touch. Overall, the vanity looks nice assembled and my daughter likes it, but certainly some room for improvement with shipping and ease of assembly.. I also appreciate that it has enough surface space for my everyday makeup and skincare without looking bulky. Assembly took a little time, but the instructions were easy to follow. Overall, it’s beautiful, functional, and exactly what I was hoping for. I’ve already gotten several compliments on it and would definitely recommend it.
