Feet are important weight-bearing organs and exercise organs of the human body, and are also the most tiring organs. In addition, people's feet have the functions of running the blood, connecting viscera. Therefore, while doing foot care, it can also play a role in strengthening the body and maintaining health. Because the feet are farthest from the heart, blood circulation is poor. The use of infrared physiotherapy shoes can not only help relieve foot pain, but also help people eliminate fatigue, accelerate the blood circulation of the feet, promote the metabolism of the whole body, speed up the blood circulation of the whole body, effectively improve the quality of sleep, and relieve the symptoms of insomnia and dreaminess.

Easy to use, well designed, and value added. I've used it on my feet as well as my knees. Tried it on my shoulder but it doesn't fit as snuggly as it does on the feet and knees. Overall a very good product.. Gene. Brooklyn, NY. Sun May 24 2026
