Overall a good product. Delivery was fast, setup crew good. Quality fees solid, it’s pretty firm, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing for how it will hold up over time. Material is nice - color matches. Only negative feedback would be the side of the chaise is missing a tuft… i see now that’s obvious from the product photos. I left one star out because of the screws for the corner seat. They're not long enough so you really got to stuff the alley key in there. Overall the couch is decent and this is a 2-3 person job due to weight. Also a different more precise manual comes in the package than what's on the website. It's very comfortable and has a movie night feel to it. The cushions sink you into the couch almost so all you need is a blanket. Wrist and fingers will hurt from all the twisting but it's worth it. Says a screwdriver is needed but it's not. The alley key is way more useful because of how the screws are shaped at the top. It's a little wide but still fits in my cottage-sized living space. There is a new couch scent so baking soda and vacuuming is a must if you can't stand it but like most new furniture it will eventually dissipate. I just unboxed my two couches today and I’m low-key scared lol and about to call Wayfair customer support. I’m not sure if I will need to return these. I may have to update this review but so far the couches are looking like sofas for midgets. They’re very small and low off the ground, but ChatGPT says that these will fully expand it may even take up to seven days.pray for meeeeeeee‍♀️***ok UPDATE ***sooo i waited 3 days and hated these sofas with each passing moment !! Wayfair said to return these I would have to fit them back in the original box which is not possible since they come in a small box and expand to a huge couch so I wrapped them in plastic and dropped them off at FedEx and FedEx shipped it to the Wayfair outlet store which luckily is in my city of Burlington Ontario.
