UPDATE (12026) after 5 12 yrs. it just stopped working. Worse is there is zero help offered. The instructions that came with the frame for a different bed frame completely. This is such a beautiful, leather recliner. I placed it in my teenage, son’s room. It not only looks expensive but it’s a great quality item. Overall for the price it is a well made chair. Some of the issues I have with it probably would have been avoided if there was an instruction book on how to use the features. I don’t know how to reduce the intensity, or where the heat is. The rollers are fixed and very strong. I love these two power lift recliners. They were assembled & installed perfectly. However one of the remotes was damaged in shipping( photo attached). The auto massage programs always default to medium. We are senior adults and found this to be too strong. Learning how to get it turned down to low and widen the SI track took some discovery. After a few days of working with it my husband and I both enjoy it. For me the biggest miss is the lack of backlight on the control tablet. There is no USB charging port mentioned in the operation manual and we cannot find one on the chair. The sweet dreams setting actually rocks back and forth. Very enjoyable. The heat is soothing. The booklet states clearance is 3.2 inches. We found it was more like 5 or 6. This chair provides many options for adjustments that can be made for personalization. This is such a beautiful, leather recliner. I placed it in my teenage, son’s room. It not only looks expensive but it’s a great quality item. It may appear black in the photos but it’s actually a beautiful navy blue color. It’s soft leather that provides total comfort. I love that I have ample choices to recline and find my comfort level. I ordered two. My daughter and I have an auto immune disorder and the massage and heat settings were why I chose the chairs. The heat doesn’t really warm the chair. I was hoping for it to be like the seat warmers in the car but it is not even close to being like that. The chairs are comfortable but for anyone who has difficulty standing up the front of the arms have no support to push yourself up with. The seats are on the firm side and the back and arms need more padding. Otherwise they are comfortable and fairly nice looking. If you are really tall the foot rest is short. I am only 5’3” and my feet hang over a long ways. The massage setting is very nice. They are fairly easy to put together if you first recline the chairs to remove the extra pieces they put under the seat for shipping. They don’t tell you that in the instruction manual.. Erin.
