I’m still moving into my place but I needed a fridge that was narrow and this is perfect. I love the look and the inside looks more spacious than I expected. The fridge gets five stars. Wayfair gets zero. This was the most painful delivery process imaginable. When you order you get a delivery window with the information that you can specify what day you want it delivered once the order is processed. When that time came, I went online and chose my delivery day as the one they initially provided me was before I’d be moved into my new house. Everything seemed fine until I got text messages about it being delivered the original day. I went online again to see why it reverted back and I couldn’t even get to the page without it crashing. Same on the app. Customer service was awful. I finally talked to someone from their large parcel delivery team who was super friendly and help me reschedule again, confirming with me that I was all set. Until the original date comes around I start getting text messages about it being on its way and to reply to the text if there’s an issue. Of course there’s an issue, I’ve rescheduled more than once now. Replying back as instructed of course did nothing. I finally talked to the delivery people and told them I don’t live there yet and that I’ve rescheduled more than once, they were great and basically echoed how horrible this company is to deal with. So now I’m at a point where I have to wait for them to put it in as undeliverable and reschedule, though of course my original date I had confirmed twice is no longer available so book it for two days later than desired. This day finally comes around and I am tracking the delivery online and everything looks okay. Wouldn’t you know it, Wayfair calls me and says they’re calling to confirm that I’ve requested to reschedule for another five days later! I don’t even know where they pulled that BS from but I was like look, it’s out for delivery and if it doesn’t make it here I’m just returning it and going somewhere else, it’s not worth it at this point. The delivery guys did show up and were great, and like the others from the week before echoed that they’re not surprised by the miserable customer service and ordering process. The Northair 1.8 Cu.Ft. Low Temperature Freezer offers compact frozen storage in a space-saving design. Ideal as a backup freezer or a dedicated unit for Dippin’ Dots, frozen seafood, and specialty frozen items, it fits easily in homes, garages, RVs, and other small spaces. Its compact size makes it a practical choice for flexible everyday use.

So we like and dont like this freezer. It was the most affordable ULT freezer we could find and got right down to -40, which is what we needed it for. However, when we get a power surge, even though the freezer is plugged into a surge protector, the compressor doesnt kick back on as the freezer starts to get warmer. Twice since buying it in early July we have had power surges and the power flickers in the house for a single second and comes right back on. Like even the clocks around the house (like on the microwave) dont reset like they do in a full outage. The freezer stays programmed at the temp we set, which is -40, but the compressor doesnt turn on so it heats up and destroys the food. Weve lost 400 in food so far. You have to physically unplug the freezer and replug it in to reset the compressor. I’ve been incredibly happy with this refrigerator overall (owned 21mos). I ordered the white version, which is actually a clean almond/cream tone that looks even better in person and delivers on the retro aesthetic. The size is nice for a compact space. I placed mine in a former coat closet (with the closet door removed), and the proportions are framed nicely by a standard interior door opening. My only real complaint is the door chime. Unlike most refrigerators that alert only when the door is left open too long, this one beeps loudly every single time the door is opened, essentially announcing to everyone in the house that it’s being accessed. It’s surprisingly disruptive when cooking or putting away groceries, to the point where I sometimes leave the door open just to avoid the constant noise.
