Our only complaint is the seat sits too high in conjunction with the arms. This makes the arms totally useless. If I had noticed this in the photos on Wayfair, I probably wouldn’t have ordered it. As soon as my husband sat in it, we realized the issue with the arms. To remedy this, I bought two bolster pillows so my husband can rest his arms on them. This is my second Astor Lazy Boy Recliner. Very comfortable for larger 6,0 plus folks. The reclining mechanism can be a bit noisy and even drop you down unexpectedly, but you get used to it.
