The griddle is sturdy and has a practical size for my stove. I tried making pita bread, but the dough stuck even though the griddle was seasoned. I wanted a non-stick griddle that would be good for eggs or pancakes. I know these types of teflon non-stick pans are being fazed out for ceramic non-stick.
