First off , the box it came in was in terrible shape. Whole back was open, corner torn off. Thankfully all the parts were there and the chair was not damaged. But FedEx- come on . Secondly and Im no newcomer to assembling items, the assembly was not a smooth process. Some of the screws took several attempts to bite . As for the chair itself Ive used it for a couple of days. Its fine. The foot rest is rather flimsy but overall so far Im pleased with the purchase and the price.. Timothy. Saint Johns, FL. Wed Oct 14 2026

The M59AS dynamic lumbar support adjusts to your lower back, offering constant comfort whether you sit still or move throughout the day.

I’ve gone through a lot of office chairs and a lot of different styles. This looked a little bit intimidating to assemble for an office chair but it was very simple to put together. Everything was packaged and labeled really well. The base is VERY heavy and sturdy. The arm rests and adjustment in multiple ways which is really nice. My only negative would be the feel of the seat but I use a chair pad so it doesn’t bother me. Move been really happy with it is far.. Julia. WV. Sat Oct 03 2026

This ergonomic mesh task chair provides adjustable support for long hours in your work space. The breathable mesh upholstery spans across the seat and backrest, encouraging air circulation while you check off items on your to-do list. Its 360° swivel base and smooth-rolling casters make shifting direction and gliding around your desk effortless. Plus, a three-level tilt lock mechanism lets you customize your recline angle for dynamic seating control.

In our house, we’ve been through about a dozen different office chairs (thanks to working from home and teenagers who sit in theirs for both homework and gaming). We’ve tried a number of different brands of office and gaming chairs at different price points. And unfortunately, we were disappointed in this chair for the price. The chair looked nice, had a comfortable but breathable mesh seat, and claimed to have all the features we tend to look for: adjustable seat height, arm height, headrest, and lumbar support. The foot rest looked like a nice bonus. But once we put the chair together, we found we could not make the seat height or lumbar support adjust. It isn’t clear whether the hydraulic switches were malfunctioning, but if so, the manufacturer may be able to provide support or a replacement and fix the issue. The headrest only moved a small amount to adjust it, and this was not controlled by the same switches. It was also very tough to move up and down to the right height. The footrest was also difficult to pull out to use. The star-shaped base was plastic and came with some scuffs on it. I loved that the chair came with a good assembly manual. However, some steps were lacking in detail and were very small to try to see.. Emily. Snohomish, WA. Mon Jun 22 2026

This is a nice chair that is comfortable and gets the job done. Most aspects are adjustable like the arms that raise the lumbar support (albeit little support and small adjustable range). It will not blow you away or impress with high quality, but it is not cheap. It lands somewhere in the middle of the quality spectrum. For example the lumbar support (pictured) along with the neck and some other key parts are just plastic and not incredibly sturdy. The base arrived well packed and bubble wrapped but still came with dings scratches (pictured) and the base cover slip is a very cheap ( dirty) piece of plastic that is meant to be permanently placed there per the instructions but appears a bit tacky. However the chair is very sturdy, and the wheels glide very well. The seat is a large base that has plentiful cushion and is a very comfortable seat. The reclining feature is nice as well with no worry of tipping over backwards.. Erik. Northbrook, IL. Thu May 29 2025

I will be buying another one of these chairs! It is very comfortable and I like that the seat back can recline. I thought the foot rest would be a little weird, but actually it is pretty convenient and comfortable to kick back. Anonymous. Wed Sep 02 2026

Build was easy. One of the leg pieces was bent. I had to hammer it a bit to get it to slide into place. Otherwise the instructions were easy to follow, and they provided spare screws and washers (appreciated). The chair is comfortable, height is adjustable. I ordered it in pink. It's a dusky, light pink colour, true to the photos on the website. It is a great addition to my home office!. Christopher. Jersey City, NJ. Thu May 14 2026
