Overall a good looking table at first glance. If you’re sitting at the table it’s obvious that the surface is digitally printed (slightly speckled) and that’s why I rated 4 stars. The table was easy to assemble with two people and fits perfectly in my small bungalow. The digitally printed stone pattern was not called out in any of the product details. I knew it wasn’t marble but the description is misleading because it says stone, not laminated stone. I was under the impression this would be a faux travertine all stone tabletop. It took a couple weeks to get this table. When I first got it , I really liked the design and how well it is made , but I was not totally thrilled with the color. It was a little light and maybe even a pinkish hue. If you get a table and you will not happy with the color you can use chalk-Tequesta dark wax. Put one coat on way about an hour and do a very light buffing. This table is really great value, esp. being solid wood and having the option to extend. I thought from other reviews it might feel rough or even splintery, but it definitely doesn’t to me. The finish of the table wasn’t fully what I expected, which is why I removed one star. It’s a little shiny and looks cheaper than I wanted in certain lights. The extension mechanism also works pretty well. It takes some getting used to and isn’t super smooth every time. But it works with some finagling. And of course, the white glove delivery assembly was awesome.
