FEDEX dropped the box on the porch. One 62yr old woman (me) opened the box, got the pieces inside and put it together alone. Just follow the clear instructions. It’s a nice quality, very comfortable, well made recliner. Has good lumbar support, a seating surface that is perfect - soft enough to be comfy but firm under that for excellent support. Fantastic chair! Solid. Quality. Easy to assemble. Did not have to fight with it to get it to go together. Power reclining mechanism is smooth. very pleased. Update 5/7/2026: we're roughly 6 months in to owning 2 of these chairs and issues with failed stitching on the arms has started. We tried reaching out to Wayfair customer service but was told nothing could be done. The chairs are adult owned and used - no harsh treatment by any means. We feel disappointed in the quality (or lack of), but also in Wayfair's refusal to stand behind a product they sold. One of the attached photos clearly shows the filling material and separated stitching. The other not so much because we have attempted to stitch it ourselves to keep it from becoming worse.. This rocker recliner is so comfortable. The seat has an extra cushion so very soft and comfortable. The rocker mechanism is very smooth and natural feeling. The fabric is so soft. The recliner function is easy and smooth and pops up quickly. Assembly was super easy. Comes with a lumbar pillow and a cup holder.
