This rug is designed to be stain-resistant and incredibly easy to clean. Simply toss it in the washing machine, use cold water, and hang it to dry or air dry. For everyday maintenance, you can use a robot vacuum, broom, or just wipe it clean. If your vacuum has adjustable power settings, set it to low. Tips for Creases: The kitchen rugs may have slight creases from shipping, but there's no need to worry. Simply lay the rug flat in a spacious area and allow it to naturally unfold; the creases will disappear within a week. For more pronounced creases, gently iron the back with a steam iron for quicker recovery."

I don’t have many pictures of the original rug left by itself because I am layered it with a bungalow rose machine washable rug, as I had two 8 x 10 rugs and my space required a little bit more and I love the layered look what I can tell you is that machine washable rugs are amazing. This one is a great way to blow your mind because it is basically the rug that my dog uses to go and also I do too, but it is our first step from the outside porch, where I do a lot of gardening into my living room and it is his favorite play area. It has yet to be thrown in the washing machine, although I know how well these wash, but it has survived potting soil, a dog who really enjoyed a good role on it after he was covered in mud from the river and also when he got sick and all I had to use was my shark pet eraser cleaner, and a little bit of nature‘s miracle they are beautifully, soft, wonderfully proportioned, excellent color and excellent layer with as well as a fabulous price. I highly recommend them.. Gabrielle. Jacksonville, FL. Sat Sep 19 2026

I have not laid the rug yet and plan to do this weekend. It’s is a 9x12 rig so I am not sure how I would be able to wash it. I have not tried to wash and think it would be too large to fit in the washer. I am torn on the colors of the rug and I am hoping it will look better once it is laid down. I got the 9x12 rug and I love the design. I put a rug pad underneath to give it some more cushion which helps since the rug is quite thin. I thought the rug would flatten out over time but these photos were taken after giving it about 2 weeks to flatten out on its own. The rug is very soft and comfortable but you definitely get what you pay for. A good value find but don’t expect this to feel like an expensive thick rug (even with a rug pad). Also surprisingly difficult to vacuum since it’s so thin and the vacuum clings to it like it would a fabric.. Jennifer. California. Sun Sep 27 2026

The best part? It's machine washable — simply toss it in the washer for easy cleaning, making it perfect for busy households, kids, and pets.

A perfect mix of moody and neutral colors! A bit thin, which I expected for a washable rug that folds up like this, so it does need a rug pad. It lays flat and the wrinkles are starting to flatten out after vacuuming once. However, it does have a very soft pile. It’s got a good mix of brown, taupe, beige, and cream colors!. Judith. NC.
