I really like this chair! It has a firm back and is comfortable to sit in. I like also how you can adjust the legs so that the chair doesn't wobble. It has a smaller profile than a typical office chair, so I can slide it under the desk when I'm not using it. The directions were straightforward, and it was easy to assemble - it took me about 10 minutes by myself only because you have to be careful not to screw the seat in all the way to make sure the four screws that hold the seat in place line up with the holes (and then tighten everything up at the end). I really like this chair. Assembly was super easy. It was packaged well. It's a really nice quality. It's soft, very comfortable, easy to adjust. The headrest is in the perfect position to support my head (something I've struggled with when using other chairs), it's also nice that it's adjustable. Also, it looks great. I really like this chair. It's rare that you buy a product intended for a cat to use in a particular way, but it actually works! I can sit in the chair and lower one of the arm rests for my cat to sit comfortably beside me. It was pretty easy to put together, although the footrest was a bit confusing to sort out. Now, I'm not using this chair as my daily work from home chair, but sitting in it for a couple of hours is comfortable enough. Came very quickly and in one box. It was fairly easy to put together took me about 10-12 minutes - except for the instructions on the leg rest which was confusing. Its VERY sturdy and the legs, back, seat feel very high quality. Very comfortable seat overall even though the adjustments are a tiny bid hard to get to. I LOVE this chair!!! It came neatly packaged and was easy to put together with minimal tools. The seat is super wide, so I can sit with my legs crossed and still be comfortable. The material feels really soft and very comfortable. It does scratch fairly easily though. I have a puppy and he scratched the arm with his paw and the material has a small scratch now. I didn't take a star off though because I love this chair so much! The foot rest is nice to have but is a little bit flimsy. Overall, I highly recommend this chair for it's comfort and clean look... This chair is SO comfortable! The Material is an amazing quality, and is such a smooth soft faux leather. The padding and cushioning of the chair is just right for sitting many hours at a time comfortably. My favorite feature is the width of the chair seat. I like to sit with my legs crossed and there is plenty of room for this. The chair rolls and turns very smooth. The electric recline is a really nice touch if you need to kick your feet and and relax for a bit. I do wish the foot rest would raise on its own, but in order to pull the foot rest up, you also have to recline that back, so that is the only thing I would change about this chairs design. The chair has a battery pack so you do not need to keep it plugged in to use the electronic recline feature.
