The hardware/the nuts and bolts packet could’ve been identified a little bit easier comparative to the instruction sheet, the fire box itself two of the corners were bent quite a bit, and I had to mechanically re-straighten them out so that parts that needed to be attached to it could be in the holes would lineup properly. I did not want to drill new holes because I thought whatever guarantee I would have perhaps would be nullified and I sure didn’t want to go through the house of shipping it back. Really sturdy and nice quality. As others have mentioned, it’s challenging to put together. The location of the screws are so close to the sides. I recommend getting a small ratchet tool and various hex bits to use instead of what comes in the kit. I’m very happy with this outdoor grill cart. The soft cedar has a wonderful natural smell, and I applied a water seal to help protect the wood and extend its life outdoors. Most of the pieces fit together nicely, and the finished product is sturdy and looks great with the stainless steel top. The only downside is that assembly was a beast, it took quite a bit of time and effort.
