Damaged parts. UPDATE to original 2 star review: Parts were delivered - instead of a scratched panel, there was a bend on one end of the replacement panel BUT the delivery fellows were very resourceful and accommodating and we are completely satisfied and very happy with this new bed frame now. Thank you, Wayfair, and thank you Ali and your co-worker (sorry I can't remember his name) for your work. I trust Wayfair's products and service - thank you for that. 5 STARS*****. Steve. Union, WA. The bed itself is beautiful, however it's not white, it's ivory and unfortunately they kept delivering me the King sized version when I ordered the California King size. After two attempts, both receiving the King size version, Wayfair was kind enough to provide a full refund and allowed me to return the item twice. No fault of the bed or product, but the sku in the system for the California King might be incorrect.. Angela. Whitwell, TN. Thu Aug 20 2026

When we came out with the original Snowball® our Coma Inducer® fans loved it. So naturally we thought, well if you like a standard size Snowball®, then you'll really love our Giant Snowball®. When you challenge the production team to create a snowball plush effect so big that it looks like you could build a snowman, that's when you get a best-in-class Coma Inducer® like the Snowball® Giant.

I purchased the 80” Upholstered Sleeper Sofa Bed With Dual Mattress, and overall I’m pleased so far. The color matches the pictures exactly, which was a big plus. The sofa itself is on the firmer side, but still comfortable enough for sitting or lounging. Because it arrives compressed, the mattresses do take about 72 hours to fully inflate and expand, so don’t be alarmed when it first comes out of the box—it definitely improves after a few days. So far, so good! The design looks great in my space, and I’m hopeful it will stand the test of time.. India. Milwaukee, WI. Sun Dec 07 2025
